This is my absolute favourite smoothie! It’s perfectly balanced with fibre, greens, healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates. Cacao gives smoothies an extra boost of minerals like magnesium, iron and zinc (all of which female hormones LOVE!) and it also tastes AMAZING!
