I’m here to support you in calming your hormonal chaos so you can take control back over your health, so that your hormones aren’t controlling you every month ..

I believe in a personalised approach to nutrition, there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to diet and health, every individual is unique and thus, your nutrition & supplements need to reflect that. I’m really passionate about bridging the knowledge gap in women’s health topics and dismantling the taboo that surrounds periods, fertility and female health as a whole.

Jennie is absolutely amazing at what she does, I came to her as I had been missing my period for almost 5 years and I knew something was wrong but had put off getting help for so long. I got my cycle back within 7 weeks, I was in complete shock!
