ONE HEALTH Consultation Package

This is a two-part personalised consultation package.

Prior to your first consultation you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire outlining your current health status, history, symptoms and health goals. During the 40 minute consultation we’ll discuss each aspect of your health to get to the root of what’s driving your health concerns.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive a Bespoke Nutrition Plan that outlines your tailored nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations to put you on track to eliminating your symptoms and get back to feeling your best.

That’s why, as part of your One Health experience, you’ll get access to resources on all aspects of women’s health, nourishing recipes and useful guides.

6 weeks after your initial consultation, we’ll sit down again to assess how you’re progressing and make any necessary tweaks to your plan. This step provides an extra layer of support and ensures your results are optimised.

  • – Prep their body for conception

It provides the level of support you need to make the changes to your diet and lifestyle and really understand each step in the process. Consultation Two provides a layer of accountability to ensure you continue to progress towards your health goals.

Some clients may require additional support based on the complexity of her health challenge and this is where the Follow-Up Consultation service becomes a great fit.

Hypothalamic Amenorrhea

Jennie is absolutely amazing at what she does, I came to her as I had been missing my period for almost 5 years and I knew something was wrong but had put off getting help for so long.
